If you have any questions about a bill you have received from us, please call 610-489-6879 between the hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Please remember:

  • Bring your up-to-date insurance card and a valid photo-ID to each appointment to help assure we have our files accurately updated.
  • All uninsured consumers must provide payment for services prior to receiving services.
  • For those insured, we will send a bill to your insurance company. Depending on your insurance company, claims could take up to 45 days to process. Once processed, you may receive a bill for any balance that your insurance carrier may not cover.
  • Co-payments are due on the date of service.
  • 24 hour notification is needed for cancellations/rescheduling of appointments. A late cancellation or no-show for those carrying private insurance will result in $50.00 fee.
  • Check with your insurance company prior to appointment date to verify eligibility and benefits.
